This privacy statement informs you in detail about which data are collected, saved, and how they are used.

Mentioning working with your personal information, means each kind of processing your personal data e.g. storage, editing, usage and deletion.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information, with exception of the data which are automatically logged (log files) by our webhosting service provider (HostEurope).
If personal data are collected on our pages (such as names, addresses and e-mail addresses), the input of such data always takes place voluntarily, as far as possible. These data will not be forwarded to any third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that the transfer of data on the internet (e.g. during communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete data protection against access of third parties is at the moment not possible on a reasonable efforts basis.

Log Files

A usage or combination of this data with other data sources will not be done by Consulimus GmbH. An exception would be an attack on the network infrastructure as well as other prohibited actions or abusive use of this website, to investigate and defense, and if so in launching a civil action within criminal proceedings to identify the user.

A basis for processing data is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which authorizes data processing to fulfil a contract or pre-contract measures.


Google Maps

Our website uses on the contact page the map services of Google Maps via an API. Service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use the functionality of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. These information are normally transferred to a server owned by Google in the USA and stored there. The provider of this website can't influence this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is needed to show our online content in a visually attractive way and to support an easy way to find the locations mentioned on our website. This is a legitimate interest in the sense of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Disagreement related to advertising mails

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data published as part of our duty to publish an imprint for the purpose of sending us any advertising or informational materials that we have not expressly requested. The operators of the websites expressly reserve the right to pursue legal steps in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as through spam mail.
